Slovak residential property prices accelerated to 14.4% annual growth in 1Q, the fastest pace since 3Q22 and the 3rd-highest on record, ŠÚ reported based on land registry data. A survey by staffing agencies Grafton and Gi Group found that 57% of Slovaks feel positive about their jobs, with employers estimating the share of satisfied workers at 59%.
