Kosit secured €226m loan from Tatra banka and ČSOB for acquisitions

Waste management group Kosit, owned by Wood&Co, secured a €226m loan from Tatra banka and ČSOB, to be used for acquisitions, waste management projects and refinancing of existing debt. One of the projects is an expansion of the waste incineration plant in Košice. Kosit posted revenues of €107m and EBITDA of €29m last year.
