Žilina has the highest absolute price of new apartments
Žilina currently has the highest absolute price of new apartments, Flat Zone data show. Although prices per sqm were €1,200 lower than in Bratislava in the third quarter of this year, much larger apartments are being built there. Five projects in Žilina offer 93 new apartments, while Bratislava has 93 projects with 2,760 units on offer. In total, 5,822 new apartments are for sale outside Bratislava. In the last year, the prices of new apartments have fallen much more slowly than the prices of old ones.
