Bratislava offers low apartment rental yields

Net rental yields on older 2-room apartments reach 3.3% in the Bratislava region, compared with 6.3% in Žiar nad Hronom and 5.9% and 5.7% in the Levice and Prievidza districts, Bytero platform data show. Yields are also low in the regional capitals of Žilina (3.5%), Trnava (3.5%) and Banská Bystrica (3.6%). Slovaks buying investment properties are pushing prices up and rents down.
