ZSE with better rating

S&P upgraded the ZSE energy group's rating from A- to A with a stable outlook. This is mainly due to the successful takeover of the VSE group, which improved ZSE's financial position. Both companies are controlled by the German group E.ON, which owns 49% of the shares (the state holds the majority stake).
