Anti-trust authority PMÚ is reviewing a deal in which Košice-based Transservis (Barbora Sosnová) is buying smaller rival Koľajové a dopravné stavby (KDS; Šimoňak family). Both companies build railway and tram infrastructure. (antimon.gov.sk) Transservis nearly doubled its net profit to €8.9m last year on flat revenue of €87.3m. KDS raised its net profit 12% to €1.5m last year on 24% revenue growth to €15.6m.
