Anti-trust authority PMÚ is investigating a suspected advertising cartel. It suspects two associations, ADMA for digital agencies and KRAS for advertising agencies, of coordinating recommended prices and sharing sensitive information. At issue are price lists for services compiled from surveys among agencies. The proceedings followed unannounced inspections in June. If a cartel is proven, the firms face fines of up to 10% of revenue. The agencies deny any wrongdoing.
