Local electronics retailer TPD (Majtán family) took over online store Andreashop.sk  from František Vangel on October 10, 2025. Both parties describe the move as a strategic collaboration aimed at preserving the position of Slovak electronics retailers. The Andreashop.sk brand will continue, but TPD has assumed responsibility for logistics. The new owner has discontinued the Andrea GO service, which offered free delivery for €12 per year. The electronics market is consolidating as Nay has merged with Datart, and Okay has gone bankrupt. (zive.sk) TPD doubled its loss to €0.9m in 2024 despite a 42% increase in sales to €19.7m. Andreashop’s sales halved in 2024 to €19m.
