Tomáš Spuchliak to acquire retailer COOP Jednota Dunajská Streda

PMÚ, the anti-trust authority, is reviewing a deal in which TSP Capital (Tomáš Spuchliak) will become the sole owner of retailer COOP Jednota Dunajská Streda. (antimon.gov.sk) COOP Jednota DS is part of the COOP Jednota Slovensko network, which brings together regional retailers. It is owned by the cooperative’s members, and its dozens of stores had €46m in sales last year. Spuchliak owns a network of 35 Danubius meat stores.
