Ticketportal acquired small competitor Ticketmedia

Ticketing business leader Ticketportal acquired small competitor Ticketmedia from Ivan Kmotrík. Ticketportal is owned by Mafra, which was recently bought from Andrej Babiš by Karel Pražák. Ticketportal had €2.1m sales last year, while Ticketmedia had only €0.2m.
