SLSP acquired a minority stake in investment platform Crowdberry

Bank SLSP, part of Erste Group, acquired a minority stake in investment platform Crowdberry. The multi-million euro investment will provide SLSP with access to potential future clients. The current owners Daniel Gašpar, Peter Bečár, Michal Nešpor, and Michal Ondrišek retain managerial control. The firm will use the money for new technologies, services, digitalization, and automation in investing. Among Crowdberry’s investments were GymBeam, MultiplexDX and Boataround.
