Slovaks are world leaders when it comes to believing in conspiracies, a survey by the Focus agency showed. It asked Slovaks the same questions as a study by French scientists with 22 countries. Slovakia's score was 30, in the French study Turkey was the worst with 25 points (Denmark had a score of only 6). As many as 47% of Slovaks believe that the truth about the harmful effects of vaccines is deliberately hidden from the public, and 45% believe in the existence of a secret group in control of the world. Slovaks are thus very prone to believe Russian propaganda, too.
