Slovak streetwear and sneakers retailer Footshop bought its Czech competitor Queens

Slovak streetwear and sneakers retailer Footshop (Peter Hajduček) has acquired Queens (Lenka Ondruchová), its largest Czech competitor. Footshop has five stores in Czechia, Hungary, Romania, and Slovakia, its online store has 16 language formats, the chain has 200 workers, and last year’s sales were €33m. Three years ago, it landed an investment by Czech Enern (Tomáš Čupr). Queens had €6m sales last year.
