Sanagro acquires Agrosid as well as another farm

PMÚ, the anti-trust authority, is reviewing a deal in which the Sanagro group of farms (Martin Fedor) would buy Agrosid (Attila Szabómihály, Ladislav Sátor and Ladislav Ürögi), a wholesaler of cereals, seeds and fodder, and the PD Jahodná farm (Attila Szabómihály). Agrosid had €20.7m sales in 2021, and the farm €1m sales.
