Sabol buys into ColosseoEAS

PMÚ, the anti-trust authority, began reviewing a deal under which AZC (Ján Sabol) will acquire an unspecified stake from BSP Softwaredistribution (Martin Šamaj) in ColosseoEAS. The latter firm will now be jointly owned by the two former firms. Software firm ColosseoEAS supplies LED design, multimedia, and statistics solutions for sports venues. It reported €2.2m sales in 2020, down from €14.2m in 2019.
