Romania’s euShipments Group (formerly Helpship), a leading CEE eCommerce logistics provider majority‑owned by Austrian Post, acquired a 100% stake in Slovak fulfillment operator FHB Group from Ľubomír Fogaš and Peter Horník. The company’s management will remain in place, and the deal’s financial terms were not disclosed. euShipments is active in Slovakia through Swiss Point Data, which it acquired in 2024 and which posted a €0.2m net profit in 2025 after lifting revenue 55% to €4.3m. The acquired company increased its net profit 46% last year to €2.7m on 5% revenue growth to €22.7m, and it operates two logistics centers in Slovakia. The merged entity aims to help more online retailers reach consumers across Western and Central Europe more efficiently and shorten delivery times.
