Residential real estate price growth is slowing down

Residential real estate prices were 8.5% higher annually in the third quarter, reported the statistics office ŠÚ. The pace slowed down from 13.1% in 1Q. Prices of new real estate were up 7.9% and of existing ones up 8.4%. Compared to the second quarter, the prices were 1.5% higher.
