Pro Partners tripled its assets to €3bn since the pandemic

The Pro Partners group (Rastislav Danišek, Miroslav Vester and Róbert Bartek) has tripled its assets to €3bn since the pandemic. Its businesses now employ more than 1,000 people. Earlier this year, it acquired a real estate fund from developer HB Reavis and, in 2022, AquaCity water world in Poprad. In 2021, it acquired DDS Stabilita in the voluntary third pension pillar. It has also long had a significant debt collection unit, energy firms Fuergy and Pure Energy, and Wellness Hotel Patince. It also owns diagnostic medical facilities in Poland, Croatia, and Ukraine. Its asset manager, IAD Investments, recently bought an 80 ha plot of land next to the Volvo car plant from the state-owned Valaliky Industrial Park for €33m. It will build an industrial and logistics park there for Volvo's suppliers.
