Prices of old apartments keep falling

The prices of old 2-room apartments in regional capitals were 0-7% lower in 4Q22 compared to 3Q22, Nehnuteľnosti.sk data show. They were still 1-27% higher under an annual comparison. The situation is similar with 3-room apartments. The price correction seems moderate so far.
