Premac is expanding its Košice plant
Premac, a maker of concrete pavements that is part of CRH group, plans to double the production capacity of its plant in Košice to 95,000 tons per year. The unspecified investment will not create new jobs. The company's performance has improved during the pandemic, with net profit almost tripling to €1.7m last year and sales up 10% to €24m. In addition to Košice, it has production plants in Bratislava and Zvolen and employs 150 people.
