OKTE tries to get rid of Sféra

State-owned OKTE, short-term electricity market organizer, complains of being overly dependent on IT supplier Sféra (Eduard Haluška; oligarch Jozef Brhel used to be a minority shareholder). Sfera billed OKTE some €66m over 12 years. OKTE has recently organized a tender for the energy data center in such a way that Sféra could not participate. Ipesoft won the tender with a bid of €3.5m and will use Gratex employees in the project. OKTE is also preparing tenders for other IT services that have so far been supplied by Sféra. OKTE wants to leave Sphere out of them as well.
