Office vacancy in Bratislava remains high

Office vacancy in Bratislava fell to 13.3% in the second quarter from 13.8% in the first quarter, partly due to a minimal addition of new offices. Leasing activity in the second quarter was up 15% annually, CBRE data show. Top rents are up 9% annually at €19 per sqm and month and average rents are up 11% to €15.50.
