Muehlbauer expands its plant near Nitra

Germany’s Muehlbauer opened a new €21m production hall in its plant in Dolné Krškany near Nitra in July. The plant produces various machines, e.g. for the production of IDs, passports and driving licenses. The new project will increase the plant's annual sales by €5m and create 80 jobs. The government provided a €5.3m investment incentive. Last year, the plant increased sales by 16% to €27.3m and net profit stagnated at €6.6m.
