Mitiska REIM acquired OC Cassovia

European retail real estate investor Mitiska REIM announced the acquisition of 23,000 sqm OC Cassovia, a grocery-anchored center in Košice. Its local partner is Asset Services, alongside co-investment from the EBRD. The deal marks Mitiska REIM’s ninth investment in Slovakia in two years. The new owner will renovate the center.
