The first drill at the Trojarová antimony‑gold project near Pezinok confirmed that the site hosts antimony grades in line with historical estimates, Canada’s Military Metals announced. The results underscore Trojarová’s potential to become a strategically important antimony project for the EU. The Canadian company acquired the Soviet‑era Trojarová site—a rare antimony project under development in Europe—a year ago. It faces protests from local residents as well as opposition from the Environment Ministry.
