Matador and Sodecia expand in Germany

A joint venture of Matador (Rosina family) and Portuguese company Sodecia has acquired a German company Braun Car Tec with 200 workers and €40m annual sales. It makes pressed and welded car parts. The joint venture also won contracts from the new Tesla factory in Germany as well as for electric cars made by VW, Audi, and Porsche. It set up a new development and design studio in Wolfsburg, Germany, with 20 employees.
