Grupo Antolin to close its Trnava plant

Automotive supplier Grupo Antolin announced the closure of its Trnava plant, which once employed several hundred workers producing interior components for luxury vehicles but currently has just 50 employees. The Spanish group also operates plants in Bratislava, Nitra, and Žilina. Antolin Trnava's sales fell by two-thirds to €16.5m in 2024, and the plant has reported losses in all but one year since 2023.
