Kooperativa acquired a 10% stake in Stabilita
Insurer Kooperativa, part of the Vienna Insurance Group, acquired a 10% stake in Stabilita, a pension asset manager in the third pension pillar. Its majority owner is local asset manager IAD Investments (Miroslav Vester, Rastislav Danišek and Róbert Bartek). VIG has pension managers in Bulgaria, Hungary, Poland, and Romania. It plans to cooperate more closely with IAD Investments, selling its funds and incorporating them into investment life insurance policies.
At the end of 2022, Kooperativa acquired 365.life (second pension pillar) and renamed it to Kooperativa DSS.
