Jaroslav Haščák is moving his assets to family

Jaroslav Haščák is moving his 40% stake in Penta Investments Group to his family. At the end of this year, the group’s third largest partner Jozef Oravkin will leave and the group will pay off his 10% stake. Of the group’s founders only Marek Dospiva will keep his stake.

Last December, Haščák was charged with corruption (he allegedly paid bribes to get the original wiretaps in the Gorila case), spent 30 days behind bars and left all managerial positions in Penta. Courts will rule on his case.
