Investment platform Crowdberry invests in real estate

Investment platform Crowdberry (Peter Bečár) sold logistics halls in Nitra and Trnava, turning the initial investment of €1.5m into a €2.8m exit, or 20% p.a. return. The halls were built by developer KLM RE and leased by Slovak Parcel Service. The platform is preparing further investments in the real estate segment: it wants to buy a retail project near Nitra and residential projects in Prague. It also wants to launch debt financing, i.e. loans to companies.
