IAD Investments will build industrial park in Valaliky

Asset manager IAD Investments (Rastislav Danišek, Miroslav Vester and Róbert Bartek) won a tender by the state-owned Valaliky Industrial Park to buy 80 ha of land in Valaliky near Košice. It will build an industrial and logistics park for suppliers of Volvo, which is building its plant there. The land will be bought by one of the funds it manages. Currently, its funds own, operate and develop 720,000 sqm of lettable area in Slovakia, Czechia, Poland, Hungary and Croatia. Most of the projects are under the Logis brand.
