House prices have been rising for six months

Prices of most older and new apartments in regional capitals were higher in May compared to April, Realitná únia data show. The average price rose to €2,712 per sqm from April's €2,689. The prices have risen six months in a row, with May's value the same as in February 2023. Since then, the price of older units has fallen and new ones are in the black.
