Gevorkyan to list shares in Bratislava Stock Exchange

Powder metallurgy firm Gevorkyan (Artur Gevorkyan) plans to list its shares on the Bratislava Stock Exchange later this year. Interestingly, almost all key issuers such as VÚB, Prima banka, Union and Slovnaft have left the exchange in recent years. Gevorkyan raised almost €30m last year in its initial public offering in Prague, which it is using to expand its plant in Vlkanová near Banská Bystrica. It is also planning new plants in the US and Mexico.
