Foxconn expands its Nitra plant

Taiwan’s Foxconn will start making modular data centers for AI infrastructure at its Nitra plant and plans to hire 300 people. The plant employed 1,600 people before the pandemic but laid off half of them as demand for TVs fell. Foxconn did not comment on the size of the investment.
