Eterus Capital acquired a minority stake in Mtbiker

Private equity fund Eterus Capital, managed by Wood & Company, acquired a minority stake in Mtbiker (Tomáš Červenka), a bicycle online store. The e-shop's sales rose from €2.8m in 2018 to €10.1m in 2021 and net profit rose to €0.7m in 2021. It will use the capital from the new investor to expand abroad, starting in Czechia.
