Employee turnover rose to a record 14–16%

Employee turnover in Slovakia rose to a record 14–16%, according to the Association of Personnel Agencies. A 5–7% annual rate is considered “healthy.” The association attributed the increase to a faster pace of life, higher expectations, and better job opportunities. Employees are increasingly leaving jobs even without a new offer.
