Electronics retailers HP Tronic and Nay can team up

Electronics retailers HP Tronic and Nay have received the anti-trust authority PMÚ’s nod for their team-up. In March, the transaction was okayed by the Czech authority. The joint venture will operate Nay stores in Slovakia and Datart stores in Czechia.
