EIF to acquire energy supplier Chemosvit Energochem

PMÚ, the anti-trust authority, is reviewing a deal in which investment group EIF (Martin Golis and Peter Kajaba) is buying energy supplier Chemosvit Energochem. The latter is being sold by the Chemosvit group owned by the managers. Chemosvit Energochem lost €0.1m last year despite 8% growth in sales to €22.8m. It posted a net profit of €6.6m in 2019-23.
