Dr.Martin dental clinic chain to expand with new capital
Investment fund Eterus, managed by Wood&Co, together with Ethernum Capital, acquired a 50% stake in the Dr.Martin dental clinic chain (Katarína Dunajová, Martin Tvrdoň and Daniel Kodaj) for €5m. The chain has four branches and 130 employees and aims for 40 branches. Last year, Dr. Martin reported an operating profit of €1m on €8m revenues.
