Developer J&T RE made €36.6m on Slovakia’s first skyscraper, Eurovea Tower

Developer J&T RE (Peter Korbačka) reported a net profit of €36.6m on €220.4m in sales from Slovakia’s first skyscraper, Eurovea Tower. These are aggregate results from 2018–24 for a company that carried out the project. The developer cited high quality and demand, calling it “one of our most successful projects.” Apartments initially sold for €5,000 per sqm in 2019 and are now listed at €9,000. Eighteen of the 504 units remain unsold. The developer has already committed to building a second, taller skyscraper nearby.
