Coalition managed to pass 2024 state budget
Parliament approved the 2024-26 public finance budget despite the opposition’s obstructions. The coalition rejected the fiscal responsibility council RRZ’s claim that next year's deficit will be 6.3% of GDP instead of the official 6%. By 2026, the government plans to reduce the deficit to 4%, but the budget does not contain any specific measures.
