CS Cargo is to acquire truck carrier NAD Ress Senica

Czech CS Cargo Holding (Jan Blaško) is to acquire truck carrier NAD Ress Senica (Pavel Halabrín); the deal is being reviewed by the anti-trust authority PMÚ. The two companies are partly managerially linked at present. NAD Ress BoD Deputy Chairman, Aleš Willert, is CS Cargo Holding SuB Deputy Chairman. NAD Ress lost €0.2m last year and its sales fell 1% to €23.4m.
