Blueberg Media owns daily Pravda and TA3

Blueberg Media (Michal Voráček) became the sole owner of publisher Our Media (daily Pravda), having already acquired 100% of TV channel TA3 in 2022. Previously, Our Media was jointly owned by Voráček and Ivo Valenta. The new CEO of TA3 and Our Media, Maroš Havran, aims for closer programmatic and commercial ties between TA3 and Pravda. Our Media posted a 7% drop in net profit to €0.4m last year, while sales rose 2% to €8.4m
