Artmotion acquired a 58.5% stake in Slovak IT security firm Citadelo

Swiss provider of cloud solutions and data protection Artmotion acquired a 58.5% stake in Slovak IT security firm Citadelo (Tomáš Zaťko), which is also active in ethical hacking. Last year, Citadelo broke even on €0.7m sales. It hopes the new owner will allow foreign expansion. It will keep its current management.
