Arca Capital Slovakia faces bankruptcy

The Bratislava I District Court has launched bankruptcy proceedings against Arca Capital Slovakia following a motion filed by its creditors. Recently, the court turned down the company’s own proposal for debt restructuring. The company immediately re-submitted the motion and hopes the court will accept it and suspend the bankruptcy. This company is not the key firm of the Arca Capital group. Through this company, the group borrowed just €25.5m. Another company, Arca Investments, owes €700m and seeks debt restructuring in Czechia.
