Arca Capital has new investor, Velič is hiding personal assets

Arca Capital (Rastislav Velič) announced it has agreed with London-based Blantyre Capital on “key business conditions for debt financing.“ The new investor will provide “fresh capital and unleash [Arca’s] growth potential.“ No details were disclosed. Blantyre Capital has eight employees, €2.5m equity, last year’s sales of €5.2m and about €700m under management. (sme.sk)

Velič, who guarantees many Arca Capital bills with his personal assets, sold his half of a house in Bratislava to the family of his partner Soňa Grancová in August. In September, the house where he lives was moved to a new owner. Velič would not comment on the deal.
