Advertising spending at €483m last year

Real advertising spending reached €483m last year, according to estimates by Media and Digital Services. Of this, €204m went to TV, €216m to online, €21m to print, €18m to outdoor media, and €22m to radio. Based on undiscounted media price lists, ad spending increased by 18% to €4.7bn in 2024. The largest spending sectors were retail (€990m), pharmaceuticals (€575m), and food (€557m). Top advertisers included Lidl, Kaufland, COOP Jednota, Billa, and Procter & Gamble.
