Across buys majority in fashion online stores, including Zoot

Across (Július Strapek), a group focusing on investment services that is also active in tourism, healthcare, and real estate, acquired a 50.01% stake in Digital People, the owner of Zoot, Different, Urban Store and Bibloo online stores, at the end of last year. Its other retail asset is CS Apparel Group, a distributor of Under Armour, GAP and SAM73 Apparel brands in Slovakia and Czechia.
