Police foiled a planned attack on a drone manufacturing plant in eastern Slovakia and charged three foreign nationals with preparing a particularly serious crime. At the time of the planned attack, 70 employees were on site, and the plant's value runs into the tens of millions of euros. During the operation, police seized a flammable mixture of gasoline and polystyrene commonly known as napalm. Two of the suspects were detained in Slovakia and a third in Germany. Intelligence agencies SIS and Vojenské spravodajstvo played a key role in uncovering the plot.

According to media reports, the target was a plant belonging to Ukrainian company Skyeton, which manufactures drones near Prešov. Russia was apparently behind the attack.
