Economy Minister Richard Sulík presented another 469 measures to improve the business environment. The measures will not cause a shortfall in the state budget and can be implemented quickly. Sectoral collective agreements should no longer be binding for companies that have not signed them; tax losses should be depreciated over five years with no limits; power and gas price regulation should end for SMEs; companies should not pay TV license fees; legislation on unfair conditions in food retailing should be eliminated; free sole trade licenses should be adopted; owners’ relatives should be free to help in companies; companies would pay VAT only after receiving an invoice payment; companies would no longer guarantee the VAT payments of their clients; paper invoices would be abolished; more work permits for foreigners; most employees would no longer be obliged to take part in work safety training; travel vouchers would be voluntary; 1- and 2-cent coins would be abolished. Sulík will now discuss the measures with companies.
